Inspire Me Thursday -- Intimacy

For some reason I feel very comfortable in the cemetary where the image of this angel was taken, and I have used the image many times in my work. I feel an intimacy with her because of it.

That's a very cool thing...how you become intimate with an image as it finds places in your work. I'm really enjoying just sitting with that. Thanks!

Where I grew up we lived next to a civil war cemetery I can remember waking it through all the time touching all the statues, such quiet beauty. Love your piece and can relate to the connection.

How truely wonderful both your work and words... that connection. And your work is absolutely beatiful. I feel intimate with it. Wow!

Love this piece. I have a similar angel that I seem to have a connection with - she is in a Dallas cemetery - I usually refer to her as my muse!

that is beautiful, to find intimacy in an image, to feel such a closeness that she becomes part of your art again and again. your work is gorgeous!
