Hi Ellen, The person who takes care of the garden of the Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador lives in this house. It's right across from the park and it's my favorite house in the whole world. It's stunning in the Fall. Unfortunately, it's not for sale. ~Gina :)
